Job Description

• In charge of advertisement placement / finding methodology in recruitment and hiring
• In charge of screening resumes / perform phone interview
• In charge of performing face to face interview if needed
• In charge of presenting candidate?s resume to employers
• Handle / communicate with Human Resource Manager (employers) in all matters related to recruitment and staffing
• In charge of reference check for candidate that is short-listed
• Consultation/ Guiding candidate pre/post ? commencement of work
• Documentation of candidate?s profile, prepare reports
• In charge of negotiating salary package between employer / candidates
• Presenting companies? benefit to candidates
• Perform payroll calculation for contract employment executive during month-end
• Prepare sales report weekly in-conjunction with company plans
• Present weekly presentation to manager regarding sales plans
• Develop new customers (human resource manager) in growing company sales
• Perform market surveys among human resource on current hiring demands

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\?s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang, Seri Kembangan. Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
