Joe Biden got up early to cast his vote in Greenville, Delaware, this morning and not only has he not stopped running for office, he may have already started on his next campaign.?Even though electioneering is not allowed in polling places, Biden couldn't stop being Joe Biden, playfully flirting with the woman in line in front of him, joking with reporters watching from the sidelines, and generally working everyone in the room.
