Summary of ideal candidate: Responsible for driving internal and external communication programs from concept to completion which are aligned with the TTS Strategic Intent as well as the Vision, Mission, Values and Brand of Tuthill. Essential Duties & Responsabilit?s: ? Marketing Communication - Manage generation, distribution and publication of content across multiple channels ? email, website, social media, publications - Write and edit copy for marketing communications including email and web content, press releases, white papers/ case studies, newsletters, brochures or other materials as needed. - Coordinates public relations, media activities, and trade show events - Implement social media strategy where appropriate
? Brand Management - Oversee marketing efforts to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of the Tuthill, Fill-Rite and Sotera brand messages across all customer and employee touch points
? Training / Development - Develop Fill-Rite and Sotera product and sales training programs aimed at Technical Sales Reps, Manufacturers Reps and internal sales force and Customers. ? Webinars ? Training manuals ? Videos (script development and supervision of production and editing) ? PowerPoint presentations
? Product Launch - Develop and executes a communication plan to ensure consistent product attribute messaging and achievement of sales goals
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements: ? Marketing, advertising and media experience in numerous facets of marketing communication media. ? Print and Electronic and Social media experience required, execution of successful campaigns to support increased traffic to electronic media vehicles ? A delivery focused mentality with proven achievements in a marketing communications role ? A solid understanding of product promotion through the use of internet tools, CRM tools, literature and catalog creation. ? A structured approach to working methods, including being able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. ? Copywriting skills ? Demonstrated creative problem solving skills ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education Requirements: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is required Experience Requirements ? 5 plus years Marketing Communications experience for an industrial product manufacturer Physical Demands: ? Works within a manufacturing setting and use of phone and computer skills needed
