Job Description
LivingSocial are currently looking to grow our IT department through the acquisition of a new Information Technology Support Administrator. As an IT Support Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for UK employees on all issues relating to IT, audio-visual and telephony equipment.
Responsibilities
Our IT Support Administrator will have responsibility for:
? Managing the procurement of IT equipment and software
? Assisting in the management of inventories for IT equipment
? Overseeing the software register and ensuring that all software is licensed and up to date
? Managing the IT administration of new starters, transfers and leavers
? Dealing with general IT problem solving and support
? R&D new technology
Requirements
Our IT Support Administrator shall possess:
? Proven experience within an IT Support/Administration position.
? The ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
? A strong interest in social media.
? Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
? Experience working with or implementing IT ticket systems (not essential).
? PC/MAC application/software/hardware/enterprise apps
? CRM (salesforce) exposure.
? Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
? IT certification (MCSE/CCNA).
? Ability to resolve IT queries that arise within a rapidly growing global social media compcompany.
? A dedication to developing their career.
